Our team also manages council submissions and ensures all regulatory approvals are secured before works commence.

The construction phase includes excavation, formwork, steel reinforcement, and concrete placement—most commonly via shotcrete. Plumbing and electrical systems are installed during this stage. All works are completed by licensed trades and regularly inspected to meet strict quality, safety, and code requirements.

Once the shell is cured, finishing works begin—this includes interior surfacing, coping, paving, fencing, and optional landscaping. Systems are tested, water is balanced, and the pool is commissioned for use. Handover includes all documentation, warranties, and maintenance instructions to ensure long-term performance.
